Cass Lake teen stabbed during fight

Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch reported Tuesday that a 19-year-old man was stabbed during an altercation in the early hours of Tuesday, May 28. The victim suffered stab wounds to the back of his neck and head. He was taken to the Cass Lake PHS Hospital and flown to a Fargo, N.D. hosp[ital where he remains in stable condition in the ICU.

The suspect, a 22-year-old man is in custody in the Cass County Jail with charges pending.

The incident remains under investigation
