Beltrami Electric Board Reorganizes

Bemidji, Minn. – The Beltrami Electric Cooperative board of directors reorganized on Wednesday, May 25 during its monthly meeting held at the cooperative’s headquarters in Bemidji.

Rick Coe, the district 6 representative from Bemidji, was elected president. He has been serving on the board since 2008, holding the position of vice president from 2009‐2011.

District 5 representative Frank Zentek, Cass Lake, was elected vice president. Zentek has served on the Beltrami Electric board since 2004, recently holding the position of treasurer since 2008.

He also served as vice president from 2005‐2006.

Arnold Christianson, Laporte, District 7, was re‐elected secretary. Christianson has served as director from 1982‐88 and 2000 to the present. He served as treasurer from 1982‐85 and as secretary from 1985‐88 and 2001 to the present.

District 9 representative Judy Honer, Laporte, was elected treasurer. She has served on the board since 2009.
