Arizona Woman Pleads Guilty to Intent to Distribute Cocaine (U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona)

U.S. Attorney Dennis K. Burke announced that during a federal court session in Phoenix, Ariz., on April 25, 2011, Christina Marie Jackson, a 36-year-old resident of Sacaton, Ariz., was charged in connection with her guilty plea of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Jackson faces up to 40 years in prison and/or a two million dollar fine.

North Dakota Man Pleads Guilty to Assault by Striking, Beating or Wounding (U.S. Attorney for the District of North Dakota)

U.S. Attorney Timothy Q. Purdon announced that during a federal court session in Grand Folks, N.D., on April 25, 2011, Roy W.
