Tonya Medvec set candles at the site of the killing of her nephew Howard Johnson, 24. Johnson allegedly displayed a gun as police moved in to make an arrest and was fatally shot by officers Monday night near Hudson Road and Earl Street in St. Paul's Dayton's Bluff neighborhood.
