BEMIDJI—A judge Monday maintained bail of $500,000 for a Bemidji man charged with aiding an offender in the Rose Downwind murder case. Brandon Joseph Rossbach, 31, Bemidji, is charged with helping Marchello Anthony Cimmarusti, 40, dispose Downwind's body on Oct. 20-21.
