    Communities surrounding the Red Lake Indian Reservation may get a multi-million dollar economic boost soon when monies from the Red Lake “Permanent Fund” are distributed this weekend to Red Lake Tribal members. Each enrolled member, on and off reservation, will receive $500 for a total distribution of more than $5.5 million.     DNR Director Al Pemberton handed Barb Beaulieu $1,208 in cash raised today for the Red Lake Toy Drive. Migwich to the Red Lake Community for helping us to sell all 200 pounds of hog before noon! Also, thanks to Buckey & Nei Bottling, and Jeremy & Old Dutch Foods for donations of pop and chips.
