RED LAKE-A Chicago man arrested Thursday with 44 grams of heroin and a Glock pistol told law enforcement he sells the drug only on the Red Lake Reservation. According to court documents, he already sold 30 grams before he was apprehended. Clarence Jason Bibbs, 34, was taken into custody after he was found in possession of heroin at a Red Lake residence.
