    DULUTH, Minn. — Authorities are investigating after a vehicle crashed into the side of a library in downtown Duluth. According to police, the vehicle rolled through an intersection Tuesday afternoon and crashed into the Duluth Public Library. Two 20-year-old women inside the vehicle weren't injured in the crash, but police say they were taken to a hospital for treatment of apparent drug overdoses. The vehicle hit a couple of panels on the side of the building, but authorities say the damage doesn't appear to be extensive....
