    BEMIDJI—Temperatures are on the rise in Bemidji and weather experts are forecasting the trend to continue into next week. The forecasted high temperature for Friday is 49 degrees according to the National Weather Service and through Saturday and Sunday, temperatures are expected to continue their stay in the 40s. Randall Dean Adams, 47, was released in 2011 but moved to Bemidji on Monday, Feb. 13. Adams is listed as homeless on a fact sheet posted to the police department's Facebook page.
