    RED LAKE, MN - The Red Lake Lady Warriors looked very, very good in their Home Opener with Blackduck on Thursday, December 3, 2015. They came out strong in the opening minutes of play, scoring 13 points before Blackduck could store 1 on a free throw. Then, at the 13:31 mark scored 6 more to lead 19-1.     ST. PAUL -- Minnesota's budget surplus has ballooned to $1.9 billion, state officials announced this morning. The surplus, more than double what lawmakers had when they finished work in June, drops to $1.2 billion when $665 million is allocated to reserves and to make payments required by state law.
