The youngest children in kindergarten are more likely to be diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in early grades, a study shows, an intriguing finding for parents on the fence about when to start their child in school. Employees of a Will County high school failed to prevent the sexual assault of an incoming freshman student during a football team hazing ritual and then inadequately responded to the incident, according to a federal lawsuit filed Wednesday by the youth’s parents on behalf of their son.
