    Eugene Clark Sr., 94, of Waubun, died July 7, 2012 under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 11 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Waubun. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. July 10 with a 6 p.m. prayer service at Anderson-Mattson Funeral Home in Mahnomen, and one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday.     Beltrami Electric Cooperative, Inc., was selected to receive a $195,108 grant through the Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant (REDLG) program to help fund infrastructure improvements for the City of Walker’s Industrial Park.     WALKER – A 25-year-old Cass Lake man was ordered Monday to serve nine years in prison for trying to kill the husband of a woman he was infatuated with. John Ernest Lutgen received consecutive sentences on the charges – 90 months for third-degree attempted murder and 18 months for first-degree burglary – stemming from events last Dec. 23.
