The Hennepin County medical examiner’s office identified the two victims in a suspected Nov. 2 murder-suicide in Minneapolis as Martina Lopez Garcia, 35, and Homero Lopez Salinas, 35. The woman’s death is listed as a homicide and the man’s death is listed as a suicide, according to Sunday medical-examiner press releases. LITTLE FALLS, Minn. — Authorities are a step closer to finding the person who killed a rural Little Falls man in north-central Minnesota nearly a year ago while he was deer hunting on his parents’ property. The rifle belonging to Terrence “Terry” Brisk was found, and authorities believe it was the weapon used to kill him. A former Fergus Falls substitute teacher has been sentenced to five years in a federal prison for distributing child pornography, according to a press release from acting U.S. Attorney Gregory Brooker. Joshua Noble, 39, was caught obtaining and distributing at least 244 images depicting the sexual abuse of children, including children under 12, infants and toddlers.
