    BEMIDJI—A county home care program providing services to residents since 1970 could close at the end of the year. While meeting with Beltrami County Commissioners Tuesday, Health and Human Services Director Becky Secore gave a recommendation to the board that would end the agency based on a significant decline in clients in the last two years.     From KKCQ Fosston Radio Brett Sundquist ran for 223 yards and 3 touchdowns to lead the Greyhounds to the season opening win at Red Lake. Krister Anderson scored the first touchdown of the game for Fosston on a ten yard fumble recovery.     BEMIDJI—A week after a semi truck was reported stolen from C.D. Haugen, Inc. west of Bemidji, the vehicle remains missing and could have been spotted as far away as Missouri. Doug Haugen, C.D.
