    Sandra Skinaway of Duluth has been active in efforts to stop the 2012 DNR Wolf Hunt. She is involved with the Howling for Wolves group from the twin cities and the Northwoods Wolf Alliance, which is a grassroots organization. They have held weekly Wolf Rallies in downtown Duluth since September 7th. They are generally every Saturday from Noon to1pm at the corner of Lake Avenue and Superior Street.
