Registration began at 9 AM, with T-shirts going to the first 100 participants, and the event kicked off at 10 AM on the road by the Red Lake Boys and Girls Club.     BEMIDJI -- An overnight frost advisory has been issued for the Bemidji area, with temperatures expected to drop to the low 30s and upper 20s into Wednesday. A freeze warning has been issued for the Cass Lake area and farther to the east. The frost advisory is for the counties of Beltrami, Lake of the Woods, Hubbard and Wadena.
