RED LAKE, MN - The annual Cops & Bobbers event was held by the Red Lake Police Department, Conservation and Red Lake DNR on Tuesday, August 14, 2019, at Fuller's Lake. Nearly half of students in Southwest Minneapolis’ publicly funded schools are not mastering grade-level standards in reading and math, according to the latest round of statewide standardized test results. About 55.9% of Southwest Minneapolis students were proficient in reading in 2019 and 54.4% were proficient in math, according to results released Aug. 30.
