Today in federal court in Minneapolis, a Minneapolis man was indicted for committing aggravated sexual abuse against a child younger than 12. The indictment charges Joseph Valerian Parshall, 31, with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse. The indictment alleges that on Feb. 1 and July 27, Parshall committed a sexual act against the child on the Red Lake Reservation.
