Minneapolis man indicted on charge of committing sexual abuse against a child on the Red Lake Reservation

Today in federal court in Minneapolis, a Minneapolis man was indicted for committing aggravated sexual abuse against a child younger than 12. The indictment charges Joseph Valerian Parshall, 31, with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse.
