BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji woman faces charges of second-degree assault and third-degree damage to property after she allegedly rammed another car with her own vehicle repeatedly Wednesday. According to a criminal complaint, Kendra Goose, 22, became angry because of disagreement over a private financial transaction. BEMIDJI -- Police suspect a Bemidji woman found dead at the scene of a fire from which a 5-year-old girl disappeared was involved in planning the child’s kidnapping, according to a search warrant filed Monday. Two teenagers who died in a car crash Saturday on a service road at the Renaissance Festival in Shakopee were identified Sunday as Cheyenne Rose Smith, 17, of Prior Lake, and Taylor Ann Wieland, 17, of Le Center, Minn. Smith was the driver, Wieland the passenger. Several years into an apartment construction boom, it’s still a landlord’s market across the Twin Cities metro.
