    BEMIDJI -- A juvenile male said by police to be responsible for shooting a man near a home in Frohn Township on Tuesday was riding in a truck with the victim when police arrived on scene.     BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji woman accused of causing the death of a passenger on a motorcycle in a collision Sunday was released from custody on $20,000 bail Monday afternoon.
