    BEMIDJI -- The Bemidji Regional Airport is aiming to raise $605,196 in revenue the next six years through a fee added to passenger tickets. The Passenger Facility Charge, or PFC, is a $4.50 user fee added to tickets from a departing airport and is authorized through the Federal Aviation Administration. The fee is attached to the ticket that passengers buy from the airline and the company sends that fee on to each airport they sell tickets for.     ZIMMERMAN, Minn. -- A Zimmerman man has admitted his guilt to a 2014 case of illegally taking multiple deer in the Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge east of St. Cloud.     Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspicious death that occurred Monday in Naytahwaush. Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call Monday at about 12:05 a.m. regarding a man who was not breathing.
