RED LAKE—Red Lake's Tribal Council broke ground Monday on a new store officials hope will keep dollars on the reservation. The 26,803-square-foot, $10.2 million dollar supermarket has been in the works since 2013 and will replace Red Lake Foods, the reservation's much smaller grocery store.
