Heat index values near 105 degrees — fueled by high temperatures and humidity — are expected across northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. The brother of a woman suspected of being an accomplice in the beheading of an Iron Range man has been charged with witness tampering. Joeseph Allen Greniger, 20, of Grand Rapids was charged Tuesday in State District Court in Grand Rapids with one count of felony first-degree tampering with a witness.
