    BEMIDJI -- A Cass Lake man has been sentenced to probation and a month of jail time for solicitation of a child. Brandon Wayne Masten, 34, pleaded guilty to the solicitation charge in April. PAUL, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is reminding Minnesota produce growers of new on-farm inspections that are required under the Produce Safety Rule which is part of the federal Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
