    WATFORD CITY, N.D. — An Alaska man is recovering after being attacked by a bison while hiking in western North Dakota's Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Park official Eileen Andes said the 65-year-old hiker encountered the large animal on a trail after taking photos of a sunset.     Northern Wisconsin tribes on Lake Superior have purchased land that will be added to their reservations using money from federal programs. In the last year, the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa has restored 3,492 acres on the reservation to tribal ownership.     The FBI has identified four suspects in relation to a man who was found dead in Poplar.
