For the traditionalists before the Wissota Modified feature, a nice display of fireworks was set off by racers Allen Foster and Cole Isensee for the fans to enjoy on the track infield.     BEMIDJI -- Two northwest Minnesota teens were found safe in Grand Forks, N.D., on Sunday, nearly a month after disappearing from a juvenile detention facility in Bemidji.     BEMIDJI -- A 14-year-old Bemidji boy is in serious condition after being severely burned Monday when an all-terrain vehicle driven by a friend caught fire near Leonard, Minn.
