    BEMIDJI -- Statewide Minnesota law enforcement saw a decline in seatbelt violations during the 2015 Click It or Ticket campaign. Beltrami County, however saw an increase in citations and verbal warnings. Each year, the Click It or Ticket campaign begins in mid-May, running until June 1. In Beltrami County, there were 65 citations issued this year, an increase of 20 from 2014.
