    BEMIDJI—After a successful first run, the Beltrami County Historical Society has issued a second printing of "Ojibwe Imprints on Northern Minnesota," a book exploring life in 19th Century Beltrami County. Released last fall, the book has gained word of mouth recognition, warranting a second publication which was printed in January.     ST. PAUL - Attorneys for both Enbridge Energy and state regulators have asked the Minnesota Supreme Court to take up a ruling that overturned a permit for the Sandpiper crude oil pipeline.
