The Ham Lake man accused of sexually assaulting and terrorizing women in Minneapolis over a span of years was charged Tuesday in three additional cases. Jory Wiebrand, 34, is charged in a total of 13 cases in Hennepin County. He is accused of home invasions, sexual assault and attacking a woman as she sat in her car, among other accusations.
