A 23-year-old Bemidji man was indicted Wednesday on a charge of sexually abusing a girl younger than 12. Reginald John Wind, Jr., was charged with one count of sexual contact with a child. The indictment alleges that on April 6, Wind engaged in sexual contact with the girl while on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. According to a law enforcement affidavit filed in the case, Wind allegedly made the contact with the girl in the backyard of a home.
