The legislation proposes a constitutional amendment in the 2024 general election that would extend the dedication of lottery proceeds to the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund (ENRTF) through December 31, 2050. Forty-year-old Travis Gunning was convicted of aiding and abetting second-degree murder with burglary and arson charges dismissed as part of the plea deal. Thirty-three-year-old Rebecca Lockman was convicted of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
