    ST. PAUL — A recently unsealed federal indictment details the possession of more than 1,300 images and 100 videos of child porn possessed by a Red Lake man. Joseph Patrick Needham, 52, was charged Tuesday with possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
