Oswald, Special Agent in Charge of the Minneapolis FBI Office, today announced that Reginald John Wind Jr., 23, of Bemidji, Minnesota, was charged by federal complaint Wednesday, May 4, with engaging in a sexual act with another person who has not attained the age of 12 years old. The sexual assault of the child took place April 6, at a residence located on the Red Lake Indian Reservation, a location within the special territorial jurisdiction of the United States.     William Earl Morris, 24, of Cass Lake, was sentenced Monday, March 2, in Cass Cunty District Court for first-degree attempted pre-meditated murder. Judge John Smith sentenced Morris to 16 years in prison.
