ST. PAUL-A Red Lake man was charged Thursday with one count of second-degree murder in the April 28 shooting death of a man on the reservation. GRAND FORKS, N.D. — A mother and her three children were found dead Thursday inside a northeastern North Dakota home, and police said their deaths were apparent homicides and a suicide. EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — Nine Burger King fast food restaurants have abruptly closed in the Twin Cities metro and St. Cloud, leaving about 200 employees without jobs.
