    MINNEAPOLIS, MN (April 25, 2023) – The Front Line Foundation (TFLF) announced today that it has given a $20,000 death benefit to the family of Pope County Deputy Joshua Owen, who was killed in the line of duty on April 15 in Cyrus, MN. Tragically, Owen was killed on his 44th birthday. Deputy Owen was responding to a call when he paid the ultimate sacrifice to protect the community. He leaves behind a wife and son.
