    BAY MILLS INDIAN COMMUNITY — The Bay Mills Indian Community, based in Brimley, Michigan, has legalized the recreational use of marijuana. By doing so, the Bay Mills Indian Community becomes the first tribe of twelve federally-recgonized tribes in Michigan to legalize marijuana. The reservation is 15 west of Sault Ste, Marie in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.     WHITE SWAN, WA - Yakama Nation Tribal PD is investigating a house fire on 400 1st Street in White Swan as a possible arson. On arrival, they found the residence had smoke showing from three sides of the residence and flames coming from one window.     David Keith Frazier, 33, and Lauren C. Willis, 26, both members of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their role in two bomb threats and a bank robbery that occurred on the Choctaw Indian Reservation, announced U.S. Attorney Mike Hurst and FBI Special Agent in Charge Christopher Freeze.
