    A rural Deer River man was sentenced Wednesday to more than four years in prison for an alcohol-fueled crash that killed two acquaintances in Itasca County in September. Derrick Lee Cloud, 29, received a 50-month sentence from Judge Korey Wahwassuck at a hearing in State District Court in Grand Rapids.
