The Red Lake DNR held its Annual "Take a Kid Fishing" event at Fuller's Lake in Red Lake on Thursday, August 20, 2015 from 10 AM to 2 PM. MOORHEAD, Minn. – A Moorhead man is accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl he knew from last October through March, according to court documents. Mitchell Blaine Hines, 59, was charged Wednesday in Clay County District Court with two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony.
