    Spring load restrictions are being placed for the two frost zones that cover Beltrami County. The NORTH-CENTRAL Frost Zone and the NORTH FROST ZONE will go into effect at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, March 29, 2013. All gravel surfaced roads will be restricted to 5 tons per axle.
