A 29-year-old Bemidji man faces criminal vehicular homicide charges after allegedly being drunk and behind the wheel of a pickup truck that rolled over on state Highway 65 in Itasca County last week, killing a friend. Ohio State University plans to offer $3.9 million in scholarships to preschool and child-care teachers who want to earn bachelor's degrees, as long as they agree to teach in Columbus. A year after Costco and American Express announced their split, the warehouse club said Thursday that June 19 will be the last day that it will accept American Express credit cards.
