BEMIDJI—A contested omnibus hearing for a St. Paul man connected to the murder of Redby woman Rose Downwind, 31, was scheduled for late April during a court appearance Monday. The omnibus hearing for Christopher Davis, 27, will be held at 1:30 p.m. April 26 in 9th District Court in Bemidji. Davis is the third suspect to have been arrested in connection to Downwind's death and has been charged with aiding an offender.
