    BEMIDJI—A contested omnibus hearing for a St. Paul man connected to the murder of Redby woman Rose Downwind, 31, was scheduled for late April during a court appearance Monday. The omnibus hearing for Christopher Davis, 27, will be held at 1:30 p.m. April 26 in 9th District Court in Bemidji. Davis is the third suspect to have been arrested in connection to Downwind's death and has been charged with aiding an offender. Davis was apprehended in Texas in February, more than two months after a warrant was issued for his arrest. h...
