    BEMIDJI -- A new report regarding the finances of Minnesota counties in 2014 shows an overall increase in revenues, a result that is reflected in Beltrami County. According to the report, which was issued by State Auditor Rebecca Otto, Minnesota county revenues totaled $6.4 billion in 2014, a $442.4 million or 7.5 percent increase over 2013. The report states the upturn was caused by increases in interest earnings, federal grants and state grants.
