    Students who have been caught filming or fighting will no longer be allowed to have their cellphones in school. If a student is placed on the "No Phone" list, the student is responsible for turning the phone into their first hour teacher. Students who do not turn in their phones and are caught with it later will lose the phone for the rest of the school year, rather than just the quarter.
