    A petition is moving between Red Lake Band members that could have an impact on the tribe’s decision to accept a settlement with Enbridge Energy over use of reservation land. Lakehead Pipeline Co. originally used the land with the idea that they had the right authorization. Enbridge Energy has since taken ownership of the company.     HATTON, N.D. — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the 10- and 9-year-old boys involved in a fatal snowmobile accident Sunday near Hatton.The boys are Mason Moen, 10, of Thompson, N.D., and Brody Johnson, 9, of Hatton, according to the patrol.
