    THIEF RIVER FALLS - After 36 minutes of fast-paced, back-and-forth basketball, Red Lake defeated Win-E-Mac in the section 8A championship 81-75 and advance to the state tournament.     BEMIDJI - Grace White had 15 points to help Red Lake cruise past Laporte 65-27 in their Sub-Section 8A East quarterfinal game Thursday at the BSU Gymnasium. The Warriors jumped out to a 24-4 lead after the first ten minutes of play.
