    Red Lake tribal members will soon be voting on the legalization of medical marijuana on the Red Lake Reservation. The Red Lake Tribal Council passed a resolution earlier this month to vote on whether medical marijuana should be available as an option for Red Lake tribal members.     The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a four-month-old infant who died in the care of a licensed daycare facility. According to the infant’s mother, the infant died on November 26th. Sheriff Ernie Beitel says the death has not been determined suspicious in nature, but they are still pending further investigation and the results of an autopsy by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office.     The inmate who escaped from Red Lake authorities outside of Bemidji's Sanford Hospital last week has been taken back into custody. 27-year-old Adam James Johnson was arrested early Sunday morning in Bemidji. The Bemidji Police Department's daily activity report says officers arrested Johnson after responding to an anonymous complaint.     A local state representative is now facing an additional charge in connection with an incident that happened early Saturday morning in St. Paul. Police officials say Matt Grossell of Clearbrook was arrested when he refused to leave a St. Paul hospital where he was taken after allegedly causing a commotion at a hotel bar.     An administrative law judge says Minnesota regulators should approve Enbridge Energy's proposal for replacing its aging Line 3 crude oil pipeline only if it follows the existing route rather than the company's preferred route.
