    CASS LAKE - The Cass Lake-Bena Panthers dominated Thursday’s playoff match up in the first round of the Minnesota Section 8A high school boys tournament against Goodridge/Grygla-Gatzke.     ST. PAUL- The Minnesota House of Representatives invited Tribal leaders and State officials to the House Chamber on Presidents Day, February 18th, for a new event titled Sovereignty Day.     WALKER- The Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe's Opioid Response Summit broke new ground in the first stages of developing a strategic plan to stop the opioid crisis.
