    A female's body was found early Sunday morning on a frontage road in Fort Ripley, Minn., a city about 15 miles south of Brainerd. The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office said the remains were near the intersection of Legend Lane, a frontage road that runs along the southbound side of Hwy. 371, and Killian Road.     A fight in a Target Center concourse during a state high school basketball championship game Saturday night drew a large police response and saw streets and skyways closed for a short time, but Minneapolis police say the situation was quickly under control.     A teenage boy was in critical condition Friday and a teenage girl also was hospitalized after the two were struck by a car in Bloomington, police said, and the driver of the car was taken into custody under suspicion of drunken driving.
