GFPD STATEMENT: On May 6th, 2019, at approximately 5:05 pm, Grand Forks Police Department officers responded to check the welfare of a male subject. The subject was located at a south-end business, and officers began conversing with him. During the course of that conversation, officers were alerted to the fact that the male had a warrant for his arrest.
